Elena – Managing Director
Elena qualified as a nurse (RGN) in 1983 at the Kent and Sussex Hospital. Spurred on by her passion for dermatology and the healing process of the skin she qualified as a Burns and Plastics Nurse (ENB264) at Queen Victoria Hospital. Here she developed a moisturiser. Her main goal was to ensure that it worked. Indeed it did and Elena’s Nature Collection was born. Read on
Annie – Production Manager
Annie qualified as a Nursery Nurse in 1974 and worked in Manchester until 1980. Throughout the 1980’s and 90’s she worked in the hospitality industry including owning her own restaurant for six years. Annie has worked for Elena’s Nature Collection since 2000.
Apart from being Elena’s P.A. Annie is the Production Manager. This entails producing all the products, overseeing quality control and up to date legislation.
Annie also does a lot of research into recent ingredients, and runs trials on new products. This is to ensure that our customers get top class products for best results. Lots of feedback is processed and discussed weekly.
She qualified as a Reiki Master in 2010 which she incorporates into the production process and last year completed a Foundation course in Systematic Kinesiology which is used with our clients who visit us for private consultations.
Finally Annie goes to Health Exhibitions to keep up to date with what is new on the market and how it is promoted.
Janet -Customer Services Manager
After qualifying as a Nursery Nurse in 1975 Janet worked for the NHS for 27 years, 10 years in a management post at the Royal Marsden Hospital, the last 7 as a receptionist in an NHS eye clinic at the Kent & Sussex Hospital.
She then put her childcare skills and life experience to use and came to work for Elena in 2006. At Elena’s Nature Collection Janet is in charge of accounts and is our Customer Services Manager.
Janet is also in charge of Health and Safety and ensuring the premises are kept to pharmaceutical standards.
